The Music Therapy program at the Frost School of Music maintains affiliations with multiple hospitals and agencies in the greater Miami area. Students fulfill practicum and research requirements within these facilities.

Site: Miami Veterans Affairs (VA) Healthcare System
Clients: Veterans with PTSD and other mental health conditions

Site: Children’s Resource Fund
Clients: School-aged children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder

Site: Claridge House Nursing Home
Clients: Older adults with dementia 

Site: Greater Heights Academy
Clients: School-aged children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder

Site: Jackson Health System

Clients: Children and adolescents who are hospitalized

Jackson Behavioral Health Hospital
Clients: Adults with mental health disorders

Ryder Trauma Center, Rehabilitation Program
Clients: Adults with neurological insults, such as a Traumatic Brain Injury

Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC)
Clients: Toddlers and preschoolers with developmental delays and medical care needs
